There is a saying in Bridge for those who partner with their actual partner: “Say goodnight before you sit down to play”, or words to that effect.
Shouldn't it say, "Fantastic, nice, friendly, attractive, polite, never make mistakes bridge partner"? I suppose I thought it a good idea because I am bad at making friends, and I’m not great at influencing people either. In fact, I could probably write the antithesis to the book.
